WINTER SHORT STORY COMPETITION

In our quest to offer authors a stage for their work, we are hosting our Winter Short Story Competition.

 

  • Entries close midnight (GMT, London),  February 29, 2020

  • 3,000 words maximum, no minimum

  • Open to ALL AUTHORS worldwide

  • Multiple entries allowed

  • Simultaneous submissions allowed

  • English language only

  • Most genres accepted:

    • fiction​

    • science fiction

    • non-fiction

      • ​e.g. biography, memoir, true story

  • Entry fee £5.00 GBP (approx. $6.50 USD) for each story entered

  • Winners announced March 16, 2020

  • Full RULES here

First Prize: £400

  • Publication in the MTP Anthology (print book and ebook)

  • Anthology title based on the title of the winning entry

Second Prize: £300

  • Publication in the MTP Anthology (print book and ebook)

Third Prize: £200

  • Publication in the MTP Anthology (print book and ebook)
